We also arrange college tours for groups of students to the very details of where students want to visit, when they want to go and the pace / depth of the visit. Don’t have a group? No problem. We also coordinate open registration tours so that any student can sign up to join no matter if you have 4 or 40 students that are interested in touring.

Safety:
CE is extremely dedicated to safety and we want to make sure that both the students on the tour and parents are completely at ease. Our four-tier safety protocols are designed to protect both your organization and any traveling students or chaperones. Additionally, each of our families are provided with a tour itinerary detailing all address and contact information of each destination, transportation provider and hotel that the group included on tour.
Tour Supervision:
Tour supervision is as important to CE as it is to our parents and trip organizers. CE provides a dedicated tour director on every tour that serves as a liaison between the group and any service provider to ensure that the highest level of quality and safety throughout the trip. Our TDs have been thoroughly screened and completed a successful background check and skills assessment. Our tour directors are selected, certified and trained from the International Travel Management Institute. Additionally, CE organizers, staff, chaperones (which can be parents or community leaders traveling with the group), teachers and counselors may also attend the trip/tour with the students. CE suggests a supervision level of one chaperone/adult to every ten students.
Attending A Tour:
CE understands that there are many important individuals who are influential in the college decision-making process. Parents and guardians of students are welcomed and encouraged to attend to assist with and ensuring that all goals and objectives of the tour are met including ensuring students are in designated meeting locations, assisting students in obtaining information during campus visits, general supervision, etc.
