Our Process
Allow CE to arrange your next college tour or educational trip by the following steps:

As a prospective group leader, you would complete a reservation request that is submitted to us or contact us directly.

CE will then contact you to confirm your specific needs and requirements for the trip.

A CE Tour Manager will company would then develop and submit to you a proposal documenting how we can meet your needs including a sample itinerary, pricing information and a meeting guide/packet for your customized college tour or educational trip. The meeting packet is helpful in advertising and promoting the tour.
*We also provide assistance with fundraising. This means that CE provides actual help raising money for you group and does not just provide ideas or recommendations.

Following your acceptance and any needed modifications of the proposal, CE would then provide you with a booking agreement detailing the terms, conditions, and specifications of your trip.
*During this time, the group leader should be confirming the student and chaperones that will be traveling on the tour.

CE would begin arranging and securing all accommodations for your group.
*During this time, the group leader should be obtaining chaperone and student agreements from participant that will be traveling on the tour. The agreement outlines the expectations that are required from all participants.

CE then provides a complete package detailing all travel accommodations, lodging accommodations, schedule, and trip details before your group departs
*CE recommends that the group leader hold a final meeting or mail out providing all participants and families with the itinerary details and any vital directions.
