What We Offer
While each of our educational trips are customized from the ground up, there are several included amenities for all of our trips:
Round-trip Transportation -For groups requiring air travel, our Reservation Specialists find the best rates on quality airlines for your group. We use only trusted carriers such as: Airtran, American, Continental, Delta, Southwest, and United Airlines.
Ground Transportation- is provided via deluxe late-model motor coach. We accept nothing but the best quality for our clients which is why each coach is equipped with reclining seats, several television monitors, DVD/VCR players, a restroom, and in most cases, wireless internet.
Hotel Accommodations - We understand the importance of feeling safe and comfortable while travelling. That is why all of our groups are lodged in interior corridor, well-appointed, 3+ star properties. The great majority of our groups stay with trusted brands such as Hilton, Doubletree, Radisson, Sheraton, and Marriott properties.
Dedicated Night Security Guard –Safety and security are paramount on every one of our tours. That is why we provide dedicated security service to monitor each room during each night of the trip. The service ensures a restful, worry-free sleep for students and adult chaperones.
Admission to all activities attractions –We are a full-service tour operator which means that we take care of everything from the simplest museum reservations, to tickets to the hottest Broadway shows. If it is on the itinerary, we take care of it; all you need to do is sit back and enjoy.
Full-Time CE Tour Director – Every tour we operate comes with a professional Tour Director who is an on-site liaison who is there to take care of the little things like checking the group into the hotel and making sure all of your meal reservations are in place. They are an invaluable asset in fully assuring the quality of your trip. Our TDs have been thoroughly screened and completed a successful background check and skills assessment. Our tour directors are selected and trained from the International Travel Management Institute ensuring certification and professional training.
Professional local tour guides – On top of our qualified Tour Director, for any guided tours we provide a certified local tour guide. This is a person who not only lives in the city, but has extensive knowledge to educate and entertain your students.
Photo DVD of your trip – On your customized travel experience, we will provide you with a camera to take as many as 250 pictures. After the trip is complete, simply place the camera in the provided pre-paid shipping box and send it off. The experts at PhotoVision, Inc. will create a customized Photo DVD from your pictures for each student in your group!
Other optional costs
As a full-service tour operator, we offer several other amenities as options for our groups:
Meal Plans – Feeding a large group of students is a great deal of work, especially if you are travelling to a place you are unfamiliar with. Add to that the necessity of three meals per day for the duration of the tour and you have a daunting task indeed. Luckily, we provide the option of creating a meal plan for your group including a full, hot breakfast, a filling lunch, and a quality dinner. If your group doesn’t need all of that, we are always flexible in customizing a meal plan to include breakfast only, lunch and dinner only, or whatever your unique needs may be.
Travel Insurance –Any time you travel there are unforeseeable circumstances which may occur. Though each trip is fully covered by our liability insurance, some groups (especially international trips) require additional protection. That is why we offer comprehensive travel insurance for both groups and individuals. The insurance is provided by BerkelyCare Insurance and covers such unforseeables as Trip Cancellation/Delay, Baggage Loss/Damage/Delay, and Medical Protection. What you will never pay
To provide the best quality and price to our clients, there are a number of supplemental costs which some operators charge. We cut these costs out in order for you to get the most value for your money. Some of these unnecessary costs include:
- Registration fees
- Lifetime membership fees
- High Season supplement cost
- Additional fees, taxes, or fuel surcharges
- Surcharges or processing fees (with the exception of credit card payments)
