Students are generally lodged in quad occupancy with two Queen or Double beds. Adult chaperones usually lodge two to a room, with each having their own Queen or Double bed. Of course, just like everything else regarding your tour, our friendly Tour Development Managers have the flexibility to fit the lodging situation to meet the needs of your group.
The safety of our students and chaperones is always our primary concern. Most groups are lodged at suburban and airport area, interior corridor properties ensuring both quality and the safety of the group. Many of our properties are partners with us through the National Tour Association (NTA) and the Student Youth and Travel Association (SYTA). Additionally, all of our tours include a dedicated overnight security guard for each hotel property (unless otherwise requested). This guard service will ensure each room is actively monitored to ensure that all participants are safe and secure. Additionally, we welcome any specific property request (for instance lodging on campus) and will do our very best to ensure that the needs of your group are met.
