What we’ve done everyday for the past decade is arrange and facilitate college tours for school groups and individual families. We have personally experienced the tours and information sessions of hundreds of campuses. We discussed the concerns and issues faced by admissions officers. We’ve collected and analyzed the feedback from hundreds of parents and counselors, and well over 10,000 students from all over the world and from all walks of life. Throughout this Journey, we’ve learned a little bit about the campus visit experience; or at least we’ve learned a lot about the needs of those that you attempt to reach.

Campus tour & information Session auditing
First off, nothing can win over a student ,or completely turn off an entire family like their first experience on your campus; make no mistakes about it. We’ve seen so many kids crushed by the disappointing tour that they receive when they finally got to visit their “dream” school. Likewise, we’ve seen many kids become raving fans of a school, which they were certain they would hate, after a remarkable on campus experience. That said, ensure that your tour is remarkable. Don’t take it for granted. This is your 1 and only opportunity to impress that future Nobel prize winner; or $5 million per year donor (which ever turns you on). Self-Guided tour development / enhancement
Often times groups and families want to visit when it’s virtually impossible to offer a tour (Sunday’s, holidays, during preview days, etc.).
